Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • Our courier partner may contact you before delivery for confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or order amounts.

Order Confirmation

  • We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Orders not confirmed may be cancelled.

Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.

  • If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof (photos).
