Returns

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
